Future Grazing Report

Welcome to SilverChef’s inaugural Future Grazing Report, where we look ahead to the trends that will affect the hospitality industry in 2020 and beyond.

We surveyed more than 1,000 Australian consumers to find out what they care about when dining out or ordering in, then compared the findings with a survey of almost 500 of our hospitality industry customers. The results highlighted where hospitality operators are rising to meet consumer expectations, and where they risk missing the mark.
