Certified B Corporations are leaders in the global movement for an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy. SilverChef was one of the first companies in Australia to certify as a B Corp on 23 June 2015. In 2025, we proudly recertified for the fourth time, marking a decade as a Certified B Corp and achieving our highest assessment score to date of 94.3 against a passing score of 80.
The SilverChef Group launched its global Community Program in 2022. This program includes Community-Equip, a special discounted finance option tailored for not-for-profit groups, and Community Grants, where we offer grants to community organisations, totaling $20,000 AUD each quarter.
For over two decades, SilverChef has partnered with Opportunity International through fundraising, education and support.
In FY25, the SilverChef Group contributed $203,000 — including payroll donations, matched giving and customer contributions — helping provide microfinance loans to millions of people working to lift themselves and their communities out of poverty.
All our people receive two paid volunteering days per year. This can be used to support personal causes they’re passionate about or to join team
volunteering events organized by the business. In FY25, our team invested 596.7 working hours into the community.
